Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions have an objective to define rights, obligations and responsibilities between the company and members, and to provide matters necessary for the use of services.

Major Terminologies which are used in this Terms and Conditions.

1. "Company" means an enterprise that provides information services through wired/wireless Internet.
2. "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms and Conditions and uses the service provided by the company.
3. "ID" means a combination of letters and numbers that the company gives to members for identification.
4. "Password" means a combination of letters and numbers set by the member to confirm whether it is the member himself/herself.

1. A person who wants to use the service must apply for membership with real information and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The service applicant under 14 years old didn't get the parental consent from his/her legal guardian, he/she cannot use his/her own name.
3. Under the Article 2 or Article 3, if the company reserve or disqualify an application, he should notice intention of refusal to the service applicant.
4. The company approves the application following Article 6 in order if there isn't any special occasion.

1. The company should make effort to provide stable and continuous service.
2. The company should make effort to ensure security of personal information of members.
3. If a child under 14 years old wants to utilize the service, he/she needs to go through parental consent procedure which company insists, and then utilization contract will be finally established.

Members can utilize company's service by using ID and nickname which are issued when the member is registered. However, by the authentication and membership level, utilization of some service could be limited.

Members, processing the information obtained by use of the service, will not be able to commercially use the listed materials in services such as act of sale.

On the basis of Section 5 and 22, paragraph 3 of Article 7, personal information of members who apply for termination of the service, the company will retain his/her personal information for 90 days. However, on the basis of paragraph 2 Article 15, the personal information of members who use the paid services, for the protection of the settlement and transaction information on the basis of the "Law on the Promotion of Information Communications Network and Information Protection" the company could retain members information for 120days after termination completion.
